Processing Time
Please expect 2-15 business days before an order is shipped out/ready for pick up. Some items are made to order. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us at kountrysass@outlook.com and we will try to accommodate your timeline. We aim to get orders out as soon as possible, Kountry Sass is run by one person and process time may take longer.
Estimated Shipping Times
Standard Letter Mail Canada- 5-12 business days
Upgraded Shipping Canada- 3-5 Business Days
Standard Letter Mail United States- 2-4 Weeks
Upgraded Shipping United States- 10-15 Business Days

These shipping times are only an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual delivery time will depend on the method used as well as the time of year and destination of the order.
Customs and Import Taxes
The customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Incorrect Address
If you provide the wrong shipping address, Kountry Sass is not responsible for the loss of your order. If possible the customer will be responsible to pay to re-ship the item(s) to the correct address. If shipping cost are not paid the order will be canceled without refund.
Refund Policy
All items sold by Kountry Sass, cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item was found to be damaged. If you received your order and any item is damaged please email kountrysass@outlook.com with a photo of the item. Kountry Sass will replace that item. Buyer is responsible for sending it back to Kountry Sass
If you purchase a clothing item that does not fit, or if you need help with our sizing chart please contact Kountry Sas and we will assist you in finding the right size. We will only exchange IF we have the size you are requesting IN STOCK.
